(1) Bidders need to comply to the following orders issued by Govt. of India:
1. OM No. P-4s021/2/2017-PP (BE II) dated 04/06/2020 issued by Dept. of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade regarding “Make in India” Guidelines and Global Tender.
2. OM No. F.No.6/18/2019-PPD dated 23/07/2020 issued by Dept. of Expenditure, Public Procurement division. Undertaking to be given as below: “I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India I certify that this bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered with the Competent Authority. I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered.” (Wherever applicable, evidence of valid registration by the Competent Authority shall be attached)
3. Any amendment/modifications issued by Govt. of India w.r.t to above OM’s shall also be complied.
(2) As this is a two-part tender, bidders should submit documents containing price details only under the link ''Documents Solicited..(Price Related)''. If documents with price details/price details are submitted with techno-commercial part, such tenders will be treated as invalid.
(3) The evaluation will be done on Technically Suitable overall Lowest offer
